TT Transformer: the products that broaden the vision of dental surgery.

All products are Made in Italy and are the result of years of research on morphogenetic proteins and dentine.

An innovative patented system able to transform an extracted tooth into an autologous material for bone regeneration.

TT Transformer® reduces the crystallinity of the hydroxyapatite, the mineral of which teeth are composed, and through its unique procedure makes available the morphogenetic proteins and growth factors present in dentine.

The particulate matter obtained is, therefore, able to determine an osteoinduction mechanism capable of stimulating cellular adhesion, proliferation and differentiation during bone regeneration.

What's the TT Transformer?
It is a Medical Device that facilitates the work of the Dentist and ensures maximum safety for the patient, using autologous material (the patient's own tooth).

The process begins with the Tooth Grinder®.

The tooth fragments are placed in the Tooth Grinder®, which is equipped with special blades that grind the tooth. The container is made of thermoplastic material while the blades are made of surgical steel and work at very low revolutions.

What is the Tooth Grinder?

It is the heart of our system, it allows to produce a calibrated granulate (0.4 - 0.8 mm) suitable for bone regeneration. The Tooth Grinder is made of high performance glass reinforced thermoplastic material and medical steel, designed to be autoclaved. The Tooth Grinder is guaranteed for up to 100 uses.

Disposable Accessories Kit

What is the disposable accessories kit?

The kit, packaged in a blister pack, contains a cartridge and a maker:
-the cartridge contains the liquids that allow the demineralization of the particulate, disinfection and rinsing of the final product;
-the maker is the basket where the granulate will be found at the end of the treatment.

TT Fairy

What's TT Fairy ?

Our tooth fairy, like in the best fairy tales, takes the tooth away and contains it for safe identification over time. The dentist can then give the patient the container of his tooth.
